With a penchant for all things food, wine and travel related, Devon Mosley has made a career of marketing, PR-ing and breathing the hospitality industry. With a keen eye for what “clicks” from consumer to brand, Mosley is an expert in marketing fundamentals, strategy and integration. agencyIMD was launched in 2014 with the vision of being the go-to agency to handle the marketing & PR for the development and launch phase of restaurants, bars, hotels, culinary products, and food & wine festivals. We call it The 90/90™. Given our experience and a proprietary roadmapping process, our efforts help to create a recognizable brand.

Since inception, agencyIMD has now helped launch 30 venues, grown to three divisions, including Culinary Talent Management and Social Media Influencer programming, as well as offering Creative Services.

Prior to launching agencyIMD, Mosley was the head of marketing, concept development and brand strategy for The ONE Group (NYSE: STKS), one of the nation's fastest growing hospitality companies (STK, Bagatelle, Asellina). He led a team of 18 throughout New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, Atlanta and London, to effectively position the venues among an affluent demographic. Mosley opened 14 restaurants with the company, while continually maintaining the market presence for the existing 10 venues—all while navigating life in the TSA lines at America’s finest airports.

Before life in New York, Mosley cut his teeth in the world of online-publishing as a Producer at (NASDAQ: TZOO) in Chicago. Week in and week out he and the team uncovered the best deals to some of the most far-flung regions in the world, which were sent to a subscriber base of 25 million people globally. Prior to Chicago, Mosley worked for prominent Los Angeles-based hospitality public relations agencies (Urban Legend PR and Wagstaff Worldwide PR). He saw it all from red carpet flubs, to hot-tempered chefs in live prime-time cook offs. He managed media relations for these clients in 10 markets, and developed strategic marketing initiatives for multiple restaurant companies including Chipotle Mexican Grill, celebrity chef Govind Armstrong’s Table 8 and the boutique Broughton Hospitality Group. High on the list of impactful experiences was working with the Hollywood Boulevard Business Improvement District, including the famous “Hollywood Walk of Fame” and TV personality Jimmy Kimmel’s “Feast of San Gennaro L.A.”.

Mosley holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Boston University, and is relatively fluent in Spanish after a couple cocktails.
